Hey Sup, welcome to Reloaded.

I looked for 'Puzzle World' games online, and I wonder if the game you are looking for is Rubik's Puzzle World?   :bleh:

Alright, I remember playing this really cool puzzle game a few years back.  The thing that might most jab your memory is that it had these weird mascots - they looked sort of like Kirby except they didn't have any mouths and their bodies were more pointed at the top, and they came in different colors (blue, red, yellow, green, purple, and there were some secret colors like black or rainbow).

I don't remember the gameplay too specifically, but it involved moving blocks of different colors/patterns around, and I think the goal was to get rows/columns of the same blocks in order to eliminate as many blocks as possible.  Yes it sounds sort of like Tetris so far, but there was more to it than what I just said.  Unlike typical Tetris, blocks did not fall from the top of the screen (if I remember correctly, they were already present, scattered around) and there were also obstacles that the color blocks couldn't pass (which contributed to the puzzle element).

Also, there were 2 or 3 game modes.  One was the typical "puzzle" mode where you had to get rid of all of the blocks, and the obstacles and blocks were laid out in a fashion that made it puzzle-oriented.  The other mode was a timed mode, where the general goal was to get rid of as many blocks as possible in the time limit, and in order to get to the next stage, you had to eliminate a certain number of blocks but not necessarily all of them.

You play on these colored on-screen "consoles" with varying colors that match the colors of the mascots.  You can unlock new colors/consoles after progressing a certain amount in the modes.

The game was full-screen and the graphics were pretty good for this type of game.  The color blocks were animated with a glossy effect.  Whenever blocks were eliminated, there was a cool explosion effect and the screen would shake.  The music was electronic-based and the sound effects were pretty decent.

I thought it was called "Puzzle World" or something similar but I haven't been able to find it.  Anyone have any guesses?
