No it was not done in MS Paint. I don't have the patience to do even that on MS Paint. I scanned in a drawing I did into photoshop and messed around with some tools and ended up with that and got bored so I stuck with it.
EDIT But I am asuming yours was done in MS Paint, and I love MS Paint too so it gets a 6, it is lacking in size.
