I will vote against any proposal that doesn't make voting secret (which means you don't know how everyone voted until all of the votes are in , not to be confused with "anonymous" which means you don't know who voted for and who against).
just informing.
P.S. I'm perfectly okay with it being part of a package deal to promote your own agenda.

This isn't that big a deal, but I think the wording of Rule 304 should begin "A player may choose to forfeit..."  Otherwise it's grammatically...odd.  Since this won't change anything about how the game is played (we all know what 304 means), I don't think it requires an official rule-change proposal...but I don't know that for sure.

BTW, Monday (5/29) is a federal holiday here in the US, so it shouldn't count as a "working day" for me, since I won't be at work!  I'll try to check in anyway, but I can't promise that I'll be able to.

why do we even have that rule? there are no teams (besides I belive the original rules said it didn't apply to computer games).

Heh, since there's no rule about it, teams are officially unregulated. You could bypass rule 210 by simply announcing teams (no wait, by simply assuming teams ) and disbanding them afterwards. This saves the hassle.

Also I think it's best to play with some support between players for at least the beginning of the game. The rule can always be reinstated later.

I just realized something.

Yeah, thats the great thing about this.

But, we must get all the votes in because, to quote rule #202:

202. One turn consists of two parts in this order: (1) proposing one rule-change and having it voted on, and (2) throwing one die once and adding the number of points on its face to one's score then adding the number of yes votes said player gained through this turns proposal.

We need to know how many yes votes he got in total! Otherwise we'd be depriving him of points.
