Will you be conducting any more interviews, Tom, or will you simply assign all future ones to me?

The great thing about interviews is that they will be mentioned in other sites "look at this review with ... on abandonia reloaded" thus giving us more popularity and coverage.

I'll do some interviews, if you want me to. However, I think you are the better of us. I can edit the interview pics, you can interview :)

Whichever is easiest. Up till now we're simply interviewing people who have created remakes or games with game-makers like AGS. These interviews are usually through e-mail or MSN. Later we'll try to engage companies for interviews (like a Bethesda interview about TES I: Arena) and these may be conducted by phone and such... but now I'm running ahead of myself.

Actually, we just make it all up and claim to have interviewed them :)

Nah, we e-mail them, and if possible we conduct the interviews over MSN. If we conduct the interview over e-mail, we usually send a combination of 3 e-mails.

The first one has some general serious questions (5-6 or so)
The second goes more into detail, and often uses a more "free" not so serious form.
The third ties up the answers and questions, and goes deeper into the above answers.

Will there be like a topic where one of the 'fan' questions would get into the interview too?

DakaSha:if you go into a kindergarden and give all the kids rubber schlongs they will prob just hit each other over the head with them
DakaSha:and you have a class of little kids hitting eachother with rubber dongs which must be quite funny (also Picklweasel knight I am)

That would be nice, since at the moment whenever I manage to get hold of somebody willing to give us an interview I first have to read up on the game and the creator and also look at the other interviews the creator has already given... a lot of work goes into doing that. Its always difficult to know what the fans would really like to know.

My way of conducting interviews is a bit different.

- In case the person hasn't been interviewed yet I ask a few light questions about his or her hobbies and life
- afterwards I engage the creator with some questions about the game, their experience and such...
- I round it up by asking some personal-opinion questions (favourite character/map...) and end it with a rather silly questions (i.e. which do you prefer: Ninjas or samurais?)

That has been planned, yes.

All those questions will be directed to my e-mail, and I have to sift through 'em all creating a user-submitted interview ;)

The design is in the process, and will be added :)
