i.e. A player would request additional time, and the vote would be over 5 days rather than 4

I would like to rivise 321 to say:
If, at any time, all but one player is deactivated as defined in Rule 320, at the instant that this occurs, the single active player shall be awarded 20 points. after which the game stops until at least one more player is active

otherwise the only active player could pass any rule and get 1 to 6 points for it!

I know.  Any proposal put forth by the only active player would automatically pass, since his implied "yes" vote would be the only vote.  That player could propose a rule that gave him 150 points, and the game would be over.  Since there's a possibility that I could be the only active player sometime soon, I'm trying to figure out why I should support your revision.
