I mentioned this back in the shoutbox awhile ago. Sadly, I don't have the game systems to play Red Dead Redemption. But the game looks.. stunning. Plus, Rockstar Games worked with director John Hillcoat to use the in-game engine.. and create an epic 29 minute long film.

I watched it on my iPod.. it's just beautiful.. funny.. amazing.. and epic. Great visuals, great story.. and the soundtrack is just terrific. The opening song, "Bury Me Not On The Lone Prairie",  is very haunting. :pirate:

In North America, television network Fox presented Red Dead Redemption: The Man from Blackwater, a half-hour machinima short film directed by John Hillcoat on May 29, 2010.The whole film explores an alternate take of the main storyline's first act. Shortly after release, the whole film became downloadable officially through Rockstar's official website.
