If you are then you're the man. Great game!!! I felt your pain when you went through all that BS with GW. Seems like they're going after everyone who has the slightest interest in Warhammer like fummble, Vassal's GW games and even way back when they went after online retailers telling them to stop selling their products.
The funniest one of all was when they went after Armybuilder. Sure you could use it to make your Warhammer armies with, but it in no way had anything to do with the Warhammer world. Of course they didn't have a leg to stand on, but they tried anyways.

Just to be correct, this was a team effort - I only joined after "Space Hulk" was cease & desisted.
Incidentally, GW has lately sent us another e-mail about Alien Assault, with one of their legal department apparently taking offence to some details in the game (most of which they either got wrong to begin with). The response was simple - disproving most of their allegations and asking for a proper list instead of demanding removal of "anything that looks like it's from their IP".
Somehow, we didn't hear back from them for more than a month and a half now.

Gotta love GW and their paranoia. Reminds me of TSR in more ways than one. It's sorta sad what they have become, but they're finally making my beloved Skaven again (took them long enough) so I can't totally hate them. Just wish they'd stop going after the people who buy their products. Sorta like shooting your own foot off because you have a hang nail.
In any event thanks for the replies and thanks for working on that game, 5th horseman. It brought me many hours of entertainment.
