You can breed your previous years (Pumpkins, Shadow Walkers, Bone Marrows) ones now.  
New ones will be out on 31 October.  

BTW, take a look through my scroll.  Some of the dragons have been dressed up for Halloween

Got some new eggs. Love the new Dragon Cave features. Haven't been on there in awhile. Tried to breed a vamp, and it killed the egg.
