Pluck out an incisor and allow copious amounts of blood to collect in mouth while meticulously carving a complex, narrowing passage into the tooth using nails.

Insert blood via lips, then use as makeshift pen.

(It took ages to read all those posts but it was worth it....)

Edit: May want to peel off skin from entire body for paper.
