You walk down the cold, dark hallway. The room suddenly turns pitch black. You can not see anything. A cool breeze blows behind your neck.

Use towel as a shawl.

As you put on your shawl, you brace for something to happen... It is pitch black... and very cold... it's almost as if someone is breathing on you...

You hear a deep whisper in your ear.

Whisper: Do you feel dead yet?

Point out the paradoxical nature of that question

Whisper: Your trying to be smart huh?... Hahaha....

You suddenly fall to the ground. Something has hit your leg...

You look down... and notice that your left leg has been cut off. You start screaming in horror.

Search for leg

In the black darkness, you try to find your leg... but to no avail.

Whisper: You have a choice... Die a slow & painful death.... or work for me... It is your choice.

Tell the voice:  "Pain is merely an illususion.  I will not work for you".

Whisper: Is it really? Well then... let's test that theory.

You suddenly feel a burning sensation on your right leg.... You look down, and notice that your right leg is on fire.

Laugh, manically.  

[Nick]

Whisper: You will not laugh anymore.....

Your leg falls off, revealing a bloody stump. You are losing a large amount of blood. You must find a way to escape....

Drink blood

You start drinking your own blood...

Whisper: Hahaha... You MUST be insane.

The blood turns into cockroaches... The bugs start crawling all over you... Your covered in hundreds of them.
