Replying to Newcomer: Ultimate Edition

This looks like a promising game for a Commodore 64 computer, but I must ask this one question.
Is it free?

Ultimate Newcomer will be released this year, as free for non-commercial use Donationware for the Commodore64, PC, Mac, and Linux platforms.
It will also be available as a "proper boxed copy", for game collectors and Commodore fanboiz (I cheer them!), via two specialist distributors.

* Months or weeks of immersive gaming until you "complete" the game…
* …but there will still be a thousand situations, resolutions and encounters you have not seen yet, and 2 more game modes to complete!
* Animated intro and outro sequences
