Keep in mind though that what we have seen isn't the whole picture anyway, that's just one scene in the game and the context in which it plays out will be more clearer when you actually deal with it, so still early to form concrete conclusions imo.

Myself would have prefered original actors, wonder why they didn't get them, but anyways I'll give these guys a chance and who knows may end up surprising some people.
Hmm well the new Sam is pretty alright, but Max has become a bit whiny in my own opinion.

Ahh didn't know that about this new voice actor for Sam, that's pretty cool, and yeah can imagine the originals might have been tied down with other work, just the way of life.

They didn't get the original voice actors because the original voice actors are busy working on bigger and BETTER projects which give them way more money than voice acting. The original VA for Sam is in that hit US television show about the woman president. Stop whining.  :ok:

P.S. Whining plea directed at Sabreman, not Deathdude

I think the voices will be hard to adjust to with the memory of the old ones that many gamers who played the talkie version will have, but think after a few sessions will latch onto the new ones, they are promising.
Aye, the voice acting in the original was brilliant - this stuff is merely... alright. They don't seem as good at comically timing things.

Hmm... I don't like the new Max voice - it's a little too whiney rather than the bordering on psychotic it needs to be. Also, I didn't find much to chuckle about in those gameplay movies. I hope I'll be more impressed by the full game though, which I definitely will be buying purely because I've waited so long for it!

I remember playing the original for some time, but got bored. I could again here say that I might be trying this, but to be honest, it ain't gonna happen. Nice graphics though, and the humour is brilliant, or so I've heard.

Only time will tell it seems. :ok: There's also talk that Sam and Max may be brought over to the wii or ds and even bone might make an appearance on the next gen consoles, the main issue is destribution at this time but it could change so we can hope for now.
