Oh a wiseguy eh. :D Ya know there is the rule on other boards that ya usually let a topic go past the first page before ya know bump it back up, but with AR uh yeah.

How about the good old sorry for the bump post?

It's just that some polls tend to die even though people are still occationally voting. That is unless someone makes a post. I'd prefer it if polls were bumped when someone voted. That would also minimize the amount of cloned polls.

That's probably for the best.

only votes. not edits. (at least not in that part of the menu.)

Unless I'm mistaken, there is an option in the Admin CP to make it so edits and votes bump threads, that would proably get very irritating though.

Actually you can see when someone has voted in a poll. The letter icon changes from a ghostly colour to a solid colour.

Surely that'd mean that people who were sorting their spelling out would also bring a thread right back to the top, which would be a bit of a shame.

That said, the votes thing is fair enough, but only if there was a special place for polls to go.

Is there a way to bump a thread other than to make a post? I'd like to see that a thread it bumped whenever someone votes in it or edits a post...
