The game lags like hell! I have an 866 Mhz machine with 256 mb ram and a geforce 4mx. Is just a setting incorrect or is my pc too lame for this game?

Somehow I can't manage to land, my plane always crashes... Any hints? So far I flew slowly very closely to the ship and then turned my engine off...And BANG!

Have a look here: http://www.pssoft.de/english/ This game wasn't freeware all the time but was bought by a fan who made it available for free. Very interesting, if you ask me...
